Part time prep chef needed for new restaurant

Martini House is looking for a part-time prep cook to join the kitchen team.

This role is all about speed, consistency, and organization. We’re looking for someone who works efficiently without sacrificing quality, takes pride in doing things properly, and can manage their own workflow without needing constant direction.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the kitchen organized, prepared, and ready for service every day.

What you’ll be doing

Daily prep and production for service

•

Managing prep lists and prioritizing tasks independently

•

Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen

•

Helping ensure consistency and quality across all prep

•

Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed

What we’re looking for

Previous kitchen experience is required

•

Fast, efficient, and highly organized

•

Strong attention to detail and quality

•

Comfortable self-managing and working independently

•

Reliable and consistent under pressure

•

Someone who takes pride in being prepared and staying ahead
