At IndiaSpice , we don’t just serve food; we deliver an authentic journey through the vibrant flavors of India. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Tandoor & Curry Cook to join our kitchen team.

If you take pride in the art of the clay oven and the perfect balance of a slow-cooked gravy, you might be the one we are looking for.

The Role

As part of our culinary team, your focus will be on maintaining the high standards that our øguests expect from the IndiaSpice brand:

•

Managing the high-heat clay oven for perfect naan, tikka, and tandoori specialties.

•

Crafting our signature sauces and gravies from scratch, ensuring the "IndiaSpice" flavor profile is consistent.

•

Grinding and blending our bespoke masalas.

•

Working closely with the Kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy dinner rushes.

Your Profile

•

Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional Indian kitchen.

•

You are equally comfortable managing a hot tandoor and multitasking across multiple curry bases.

•

You have a "sense of urgency" but never sacrifice the presentation or taste of a dish.

•

You speak English, Hindi and/or Danish.
