Passionate Chef for dynamic kitchen at OURI

OURI is a highly regarded Korean restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen at Sankt Peders Stræde 24a, known for its authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere. We are busy and are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Your daily tasks include:

•

Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with our quality standards.

•

Cooperation with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

•

Ordering and receiving goods, and managing kitchen inventory.

•

Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and overall kitchen workflow.

We are looking for someone who:

•

Is a trained chef or has solid professional experience in the restaurant or catering industry.

•

Is happy and smiling in your approach to other people, guests as well as colleagues, even when it is really busy.

•

Masters English. Several different nationalities work in our kitchen and restaurant team.
