Part-time Sushi Chef / Kitchen Assistant – Sushi Lovers Ordrup

Sushi Lovers is looking for part-time sushi chefs and kitchen assistants for our restaurant on Ordrupvej.

We are a Copenhagen-based restaurant group with locations in Torvehallerne, Charlottenlund, Hellerup and Frederiksberg. In Ordrup we serve fresh, high-quality sushi in a busy kitchen where quality and teamwork matter equally.

The job You will work alongside our kitchen team preparing sushi, handling mise en place and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service. Shifts start at 15:00, 16:00 or 21:00, and we have shifts available every day of the week. Hours are flexible and planned in dialogue with you, so the job fits well alongside studies or another job.

We are looking for someone who

•

Has experience from a sushi kitchen or another professional kitchen – or is a fast learner with a genuine interest in sushi

•

Works cleanly, precisely and with a focus on food safety and hygiene

•

Keeps a cool head when things get busy and takes responsibility for their own station

•

Is reliable, shows up on time and is a good colleague

•

Speaks English or Danish

Experience is an advantage, but attitude and work ethic matter most. We are happy to train the right person.
