Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager for our growing organization. You will be handling invoices, manage the team, coordinating with suppliers, and be in responsibility for general enquiries to the organization. Areas of Responsibility Receive invoices and make sure they are paid on time. Issue invoices as directed and ensure they are received in time and send reminders if needed. Manage the floor. Be responsible for documentation as needed by the management. Act as signatory for supplier agreements and be the contact person. Manage the reception telephone.

Education Bachelor's Degree from a reputed educational institute.

Skills & Experience Excellent Oral and Written communication and Presentation skills in English. Experience with FORTNOX Drive to excel. Responsible and self driven. Good with MS Word and Excel etc.
