Marketing Technology Architectural Manager

Work tasks As a Marketing Technology Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the technical foundations of marketing technology that turn customer experiences into measurable growth. You will lead the architecture and delivery of MarTech solutions (with a specific focus on Adobe or Salesforce) for clients across the Nordic region. You will own the end-to-end architectural process—from evaluating current-state maturity to designing target architectures and executing delivery roadmaps. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complexity into clear business outcomes. Architecture & Strategy: Own the complete MarTech architecture (current-state assessment, target state design, and roadmap execution). Solution Design: Lead solution architecture for campaign orchestration, customer journeys/flows, segmentation, data models, and integrations. Delivery Leadership: Drive delivery quality through requirements gathering, planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-team coordination. Technical Guidance: Provide advice on APIs, integrations, and data flows within the broader MarTech ecosystem. Mentoring: Guide and support specialists and engineers within the delivery team.

We are looking for Has a strong background in marketing technology and experience leading architecture and delivery projects. You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: Extensive experience within marketing technology (MarTech) or marketing operations (from an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment). Hands-on experience in technical architecture within either the Adobe or Salesforce ecosystem. Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to create a 360-degree customer view and build advanced segmentations. Strong understanding of commercial sales and marketing processes. Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and delivery leadership. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Desirable qualifications: Fluency in a Nordic language (a strong plus and may be required for specific client projects). Experience with advertising technology (AdTech) for activating and measuring digital campaigns. Experience implementing a composable CDP architecture. Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, QA tools, and multi-channel campaign best practices.
