Looking for Chef for NyhavnsKroen, Nyhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef who wants to be part of an ambitious and hard working kitchen team. 

You must be a level headed, and strong teamplayer who is able to work effeciantly and navigate in a busy kitchen where timing is of the essens. 

We expect you to have a good understanding of hygiene and handeling of food. And that you are willing to learn more.

Our kitchen staff has a strong focus on ensuring that we all keep the highest standards in the kitchen in terms of quality, hygiene, and energy, and we therefore are expecting the same of you. We proud ourselves of working together as a team, and therefore you will have a role to play in changing, developing and perfecting our menu together with the rest of the team.

Your job will include:

  To make sure all the food we serve is living up to our high standards.

  Follow prep lists.

  Handle deliveries.

  Make food for guest, staff and events.

Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

You will be part of a dedicated team under the leadership of our head chef.
