Junior Administrator

We’re looking for a Junior Administrator for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment Description The consultant will work with administrative tasks across several product categories. The primary focus will be on enriching products with accurate and complete product information in relevant systems and ensuring the quality of product data. The role involves extensive interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and includes ongoing administrative responsibilities as well as additional tasks based on business needs.  Profile & Qualifications

Strong system proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and work efficiently in new systems and tools.

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes, ways of working, and responsibilities.

Experience in administrative and coordination-related tasks.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating between different stakeholders.

Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to take on new responsibilities and assignments as business needs evolve.

Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
