Renotech ApS is an expanding cleaning company in Denmark, and we are currently looking for one Cleaning Assistant and one Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

Position 1 – Cleaning Assistant

Responsibilities

•

Perform daily cleaning of offices, commercial premises, and common areas.

•

Vacuuming, mopping floors, and dusting surfaces.

•

Cleaning kitchens, restrooms, and sanitary facilities.

•

Refilling cleaning and hygiene supplies.

•

Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

•

Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an advantage but not required.

•

Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

•

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

•

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Position 2 – Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure high cleaning standards.

•

Train and onboard new employees.

•

Prepare work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.

•

Communicate with customers regarding service quality.

•

Ensure compliance with company procedures and occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar position.

•

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

•

Ability to work independently and make decisions.

•

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
