Head of Data & Technology to Public Property Invest

Public Property Invest (PPI) is a Nordic real estate company that specialises in social infrastructure. We own, manage and develop properties for public sector tenants - care homes, police stations, courts, healthcare facilities and other critical public functions across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Following a significant acquisition, we are now building a unified company that shares a technology foundation, common ways of working, and a single Nordic operating model across four countries. To make that real, we are now looking for a Head of Data & Technology who wants to take ownership of our system landscape and technology roadmap. A role based in Stockholm with Nordic responsibility. About the role As Head of Data & Technology, you will have full responsibility for our ongoing system harmonisation and data landscape. This includes setting architecture standards, handling vendor governance, and defining the strategic direction that will shape us as a modern Nordic real estate company. You will report directly to the CEO, and there is real room to define and grow this role. You will lead an active transformation with both internal stakeholders and external consultants. You will make sequencing decisions on system consolidation, resolve data ownership questions across markets, and build the foundation for how we operate as one company going forward. Looking further ahead, you will help define how AI and automation can shape what PPI looks like five years from now. Who we are looking for We believe you have solid experience within platform, data engineering, software or similar, and have since grown into a broader technical leadership or solution architect role. You bring experience leading complex technology transformation in an organisation that is still taking shape, whether that's a post-merger integration, a consolidation, or a period of rapid growth. Further, we are looking for someone who: · Has designed and led IT operating models, including analytics and AI initiatives · Has experience with data governance and master data management · Are used to managing and overseeing external suppliers and consultants · Is comfortable owning security, risk, and compliance topics (GDPR, NIS2) · Speaks and writes Swedish, Norwegian, and English fluently Meriting: · Experience in real estate, finance, or another capital-intensive environment · Worked with Microsoft Fabric or other modern data platforms Who you are We're looking for someone humble and genuinely curious.
