Extra staff for food production in Kävlinge

About the Position We are looking for dedicated extra production workers for our major client in Kävlinge, operating in the food industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, extra work and who wants to gain experience across different stages of the production process. The role involves packaging and handling food products in a refrigerated environment (3–8°C / 37–46°F). Shifts are scheduled during both daytime and evenings throughout the week, including weekends. As this is an extra position, flexibility and short-notice availability are important. Availability during the Christmas period and on public holidays is a key requirement, as these are particularly busy periods. The work is physically demanding and fast-paced, making it suitable for someone who enjoys an active role and is comfortable with varying workloads and working hours.

Responsibilities

Cutting, washing, and packing salads and vegetables

Restocking goods

Performing quality checks on products

Sorting and basic cleaning

Profile & Background We are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and flexible. As a consultant at Boxflow, it is important that you are adaptable and willing to step in where needed. The job may involve heavy lifting and a high work pace, so good physical fitness is required. Previous experience in production is considered an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to perform are most important. Requirements

Good knowledge of English

Valid driver's license and access to a car

Previous experience in production or warehouse work

Good availabity during Christmas and public holidays

Another primary occupation of at least 50% (e.g. studies or another job)
