Hotel C is also unique as the world's first ICEBAR is situated in our hotel. The hotel also has 367 rooms, 12 conference rooms, a restaurant and a bar. We are now in search of talented and enthusiastic bartenders to join our teams, both in the lobby bar of the hotel and in the Icebar. If you have a flair for crafting creative cocktails, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. We value your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to learning, more than any specific experience. What you'll do: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients. Report shortages or maintenance issues as needed. Keep the bar area clean and organized, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to health and safety standards. The Icebar position includes some reception tasks like taking payments, handling reservations and responding to emails.

This is an extra position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. You’ll shine here if you are:  Experienced from working in a bar.  Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great experiences. Good communicator with attention to detail. Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress. Experienced with managing bookings

Bonus points for:  Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
