Experienced Chef for Indonesian Restaurant

Warung is a vibrant and authentic Indonesian restaurant dedicated to bringing the rich flavors of Indonesia to Copenhagen. We pride ourselves on using traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and a passion for delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

We Are Looking For:

A skilled and passionate  Chef  with experience in  Indonesian cuisine  to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indonesian dishes, cooking techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

•

Prepare authentic Indonesian dishes with precision and consistency.

•

Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.

•

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.

•

Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.

•

Maintain inventory and manage kitchen supplies efficiently.

•

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

•

Proven experience as a  Chef , preferably specializing in  Indonesian cuisine .

•

Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian ingredients and cooking methods.

•

Ability to work in both slow and fast-paced environment.

•

Excellent teamwork and communication skills in english.

•

Food safety certification is a plus.

•

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
