Documentation Engineer – Food & Pharma

We are looking for an Documentation Engineer specializing in Food & Pharma for a global industrial engineering company. This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm, Sweden. The assignment is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, requiring a high degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills.

The Assignment The assignment focuses on quality documentation for food and pharmaceutical applications. The consultant will be responsible for complete customer turnover packages and for supporting the business with high-quality and easily accessible technical information. The role includes preparing, maintaining, and quality-assuring technical documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP/GDocP and customer documentation requirements.

Tasks Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation and customer turnover packages. Ensure that turnover packages comply with GMP/GDocP requirements. Expedite factories and other stakeholders to ensure the required documentation is supplied. Collaborate daily with Design, Automation and Electrical Engineers, Project Managers and Product Owners. Cooperate with customers regarding documentation package requirements and deliverables. Distribute finalized documentation packages to customers. Ensure that all relevant documents are accurately uploaded, structured, and organized within Pims or Aida.

Requirements (Mandatory) You should have experience with technical documentation and documentation quality assurance. You should have knowledge of GMP/GDocP and be able to ensure that customer turnover packages comply with these requirements. You should have experience using Pims, Aida, or other electronic document management systems. You should be able to handle sensitive information responsibly and ensure secure storage and sharing. You should be familiar with equipment design, manufacturing processes, and workflows within food and pharmaceutical environments. You should have good proficiency in English.

Desirable Qualifications You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to identify and efficiently resolve gaps or inconsistencies in documentation. You should have a strong customer focus and be able to understand and address the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
