Assignment Description We are looking for a GDPR Coordinator / Data Protection Specialist What You Will Work On Coordinate and manage data subject rights requests across multiple countries Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding GDPR-related cases Handle, document, and report personal data breaches Develop and maintain GDPR procedures and work instructions Support the business with data protection and GDPR-related questions Maintain and review Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) Review and update privacy information on websites Review and maintain cookie-related privacy texts Ensure GDPR processes are consistently documented and followed Coordinate privacy activities across an international organization Support continuous improvement of data protection processes

What You Bring Experience working with GDPR and data protection Experience coordinating data subject rights requests Experience handling and documenting personal data breaches Experience developing GDPR procedures, routines, and work instructions Experience with Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) Understanding of privacy notices and cookie-related requirements Ability to communicate GDPR requirements clearly to business stakeholders Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience working in an international or multi-country environment Strong communication and coordination skills Structured, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused approach
