We're now looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is passionate about solving problems, creating great customer experiences, and making a real impact on our business. In this role, you will be at the intersection of customers, suppliers, logistics, and e-commerce operations. You'll help us understand what's driving customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we deliver on our promises. What you'll do

Engage directly with customers and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.

Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to improve delivery performance and customer communication.

Drive initiatives that make it easier for customers to track and receive their orders.

Use data, feedback, and curiosity to continuously improve the customer journey.
