Job description

Fast paced restaurant is seeking a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. The position includes responsibility for daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality during service.

Key responsibilities

•

Preparation and service of food at a high standard

•

Independent management of kitchen operations during shifts

•

Planning and coordination of daily kitchen workflow

•

Ordering, stock control, and inventory management

•

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations

•

Training and supervision of kitchen staff

•

Contribution to menu development

Qualifications

•

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience

•

Ability to work independently and take operational responsibility

•

Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments

•

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Additional information

The position is a full-time role with ongoing employment. The employee will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the schedule.
