Chef – Banqueting - Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

Aligned with our innovative owners Archer Hotel Management and Marriott International, we merge rich cultural history with modern luxury and a deep dedication to sustainability.    The hotel has recently completed a full renovation, and we are now looking for a few new team members to join our Banqueting Kitchen as Chefs, working within our newly renovated Conference and Event floor.      We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for professional development and offer a workplace where you can learn, grow, and thrive.

  Main Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food for banquets, events and buffets. Take full responsibility for your section, including quality, preparation and presentation. Support ordering, stock control and stock rotation when required. Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained. Work closely with the kitchen and Banqueting team to ensure smooth and efficient service.   Main Requirements: Culinary education and/or relevant on-the-job training. At least 3 years of culinary experience, preferably within banqueting or high-volume production. Strong attention to detail, quality, speed and accuracy. Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of recipes, production methods and presentation standards. Flexibility according to operational needs.
